Nicole Richie For A Pea in the Pod

Nicole Richie is reportedly working in collaboration with A Pea in the Pod to design a line of maternity wear. The clothing line will include maxi-dresses, tops and bottoms and will be available as early as August and sold through January.

A spokeswoman for Destination Maternity Corp., the Philadelphia-based parent company of A Pea in the Pod said that Nicole’s “her Bohemian style” will shine through.

This isn’t Nicole’s first foray into the fashion biz. The fashionably hip mom designs handbags and vintage inspired jewelry and accessories under her own brand, House of Harlow 1960.

The couple is said to be having an intimate bash on Tuesday and Richie was picking up some balloons and party favors for the special occasion.

It's rumored that Nicole Richie may be up for the role of Roxie in Chicago the musical.

Sources say that she's seriously considering moving to New York to pursue this "new" career. Another insider tells Us Weekly, "Nicole's definitely interested and is weighing it out."

This is an excellent opportunity for Nicole. she has lived in New York and she's a trained dancer and musician; its time to put those skills to work! I don't know how she'll balance being a new mom and having a new career, but I'm sure she can handel it.

Paris Hilton and her new beau, Benji Madden (twin brother of Nicole Richie's fiancee, Joel Madden) were snapped while shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills. The 27-year-old heiress and the Good Charlotte guitarist were open with their affection, flirting and holding hands.

Sources have stated that the couple have been interested in each other for a while, but that the timing was never right; they were both in other relationships. Its also being reported that Paris is wearing a Tiffany band on her ring finger! (a litte gft from Benji I suppose) and Benji has told pals "she's the one."

If Benji and Paris tie-the-knot, then Paris and Nicole would be sitster-in -laws...creepy!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden became the parents of a bouncing baby girl, born today at Cedars-Sinai Medical center in LA. Harlow Winter Kate Madden weighed in at 6 lbs 7 0z. Little Harlow is the first child for the happy couple...she's sure to be a cutie. Congrats!
