Kanye Tackles Fashion Design

Rapper/Hip Hop crybaby sensation, Kanye West has revealed to Women's Wear Daily that he will be working in conjunction with Louis Vuitton to develop a line of shoes.It seems like every-other day a celebrity is trying their hand at being a designer. I’ve never thought of Kanye as a style maven and the only shoes he’s ever seen wearing are sneakers.Will Kanye and Louis be designing a line of sneaks? I hope not! Stick to what you know Kanye. Keep serving up the tunes and leave the sneakers to Nike.

Kirsten Dunst Out Of A Job

Miu Miu has fired recently rehabbed starlet Kirsten Dunst as their spokesperson.

This is awful! The ad campaign that featured Dunst was absolutely amazing. I guess Miu Miu had enough of Kirsten’s snorting and boozing.

Anyway, they've just hired Johnny Depp's baby momma, Vanessa Paradis, (you know the one with the gap in her front teeth) to be their new face.

The fall campaign featuring Paradis will be shot by the famous fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Pioggott.



I hope the pics for the new ad campaign featuring Paradis will be as delicious as the ones Kirsten did.

Victoria Beckham's Denim Disaster

Victoria Beckham’s dVb denim line has been dropped by several top boutiques in America. The word is that Posh wasn’t too keen on self promoting the line; not to mention that the jeans just cost too damn much!

Explaining his decision to dump Victoria's denim line, Kitson owner Fraser Ross says, "We asked her PR people so many times for her to appear but she didn't. Celebrity lines are no different from an album or music tour. They have to be promoted to sell." The dVb line has also been suffering from lack of sales.

Escape From Heidiwood

We can add Heidi Montag's name to the very long list of celebrities and wannabes in Hollywood to try their hand with a fashion design. The Hills starlet has just released her own fashion line called “Heidiwood” through Anchor Blue.

I don’t know if Heidi actually designs anything as much as the apparel is supposed to be characteristic of her personal style—which after seeing some of the items I declare Montag’s personal style to be down right tacky! I’ve seen better clothes on the homeless—seriously.

Eva Longoria Bikini Bebe

Eva Longoria is the new face body for Bebe’s new bikini line. Bebe made a great choice in selecting Eva as the spokesperson for their new line—Eva is hot!



I do wonder when these pics were taken though, because Eva had been looking a little pudgy lately. These pics showing Eva in tip top shape are sure to keep any pregnancy rumors at bay.

Nicole Steps Out

Nicole steps out to attend the opening of Joel and Benji Madden’s DCMA clothing store in LA. It’s also rumored that Nicole is in talks to develop a line of maternity clothes.

I think maternity wear designed by Nicole is guaranteed to make any pregnant woman look hot! Maybe I need to get knocked up so that can wear some of Nicole’s maternity designs.
