No Foul Play In Death Of Daniel Smith

The death of Anna Nicole's son, Daniel, has officially been ruled an accident. A Bahamian jury took two hours of deliberations before deciding that there was no foul play in the death of the 20 year-old. An autopsy was conducted after Daniel's death in September of 2006, indicated that his death was most likely the result of a lethal mix of antidepressants and methadone. Daniel Smith died while visiting his mother, Anna Nicole Smith, after she had given birth to his sister Dannielynn.

Larry Birkhead Has A Big Mouth

Larry Birkhead told a Bahamian courtroom that Daniel Smith stole a bottle of methadone from his mother, Anna Nicole, just five months before his death from a lethal overdose of methadone and antidepressants. He also said he saw Anna Nicole give Daniel pills of Ecstasy.

Larry told the jury investigating Daniel's September 10, 2006, death that there was "a little tension" between Anna Nicole and her son in the year leading up to his death. Larry said Anna Nicole was concerned about her son's drinking and use of drugs and his recent 20-pound weight loss. Still, Anna Nicole preferred to have Daniel do drugs in her presence instead of "running around experimenting with his friends," Larry testified.




The inquest into Daniel's death, which started in November, will continue tomorrow with the testimony of Anna Nicole's lawyer and companion, Howard K. Stern.

Birkhead is such an attention whore! Anna Nicole and Daniel are dead and buried-let them rest in peace. I hope Stern does’t say anything stupid when he takes the stand.
