Kung Fu Panda Kicks It's Way To The Top

Kung Fu Panda kicked Sex and the City out of the top spot, raking in $60 million over the weekend.
If Kung Fu Panda stays on track it could overtake Cars for eighth place on the list of all-time animation openers, according to the stats at Box Office Mojo.
Bruce Lee would be proud.

And the number one movie in the country is...
Sex & The City of course! The movie took in over $55.7 million in the U.S this weekend. A sequel is already being planned!

Robert Downey Jr Is A Real Playboy

The buzz in Hollywood is that Robert Downey Jr. is in talks to star in a film about Hugh Hefner's life. The movie's working title is Playboy and of course Downey will play the lead character of Hef. Shooting could start as soon as next summer, depending on the shooting schedule for the Iron Man sequel which is already in the works.
Downey sure has been raking in the dough lately. Not bad for someone who was jailed for drugs and written off as a hasbeen not so long ago.
Just a bit of advice for you Downey, real playboy’s don’t carry their own groceries.

Cameron Diaz Is Bald

The first pics are out of Cameron Diaz in a bald cap for her new film, My Sister's Keeper. Diaz plays a mother who shaves her head in support of her daughter who is battling leukemia.
Now that the formerly hot actress has resorted to playing mom roles, I give her career 5 years tops before it is officially in the toilet. Let the downward spiral begin.

Ellen Page As Jane Eyre

Canadian actress, Ellen Page, has been cast to play Jane Eyre in a BBC Film adaptation of Charlotte Bronte's classic piece of English lit. The BBC adaptation is being produced by one of the producers of The Other Boleyn Girl.
Page received an Oscar nomination for her role as a knocked-up teen in the film Juno which received rave reviews, but I’m not sure how she’d fare in a period piece; it’s so Gwyneth Paltrow. Anyway, this will sure test her acting chops. Good luck!

Iron Man Rakes It In

Iron Man, Marvel's first self-produced film, ruled the box office over the weekend, raking in over $100 million. In only five days the action flick has tallied up over $200 million worldwide!
Rumor has it that Iron Man 2 is already in the works and even has a release date tentatively scheduled for April 30, 2010.
This is great for Robert Downy Jr. who plays Iron Man. He can sure buy a lot of booze and crack with all the money he’ll be cashing in.
Bai Ling Can't Keep Her Cloths On

Bai Ling just can’t seem to keep her cloths completely on. The skanky actress flashes her tits and ass on the set of Crank II.
Tits are usually a good thing but in this case I’m not so sure. If I had my pic of celebrities flashing their tits, I sure as hell wouldn’t have picked a coked out, shoplifting, D-lister like Bai Ling.
Oh, and did I mention skank?
