Jessica Simpson lands on the cover of the September issue of Glamour magazine. In a pre-breakup interview, Jessica discusses her relationship with Dallas Cowboy, Tony Romo, her divorce from Nick Lachey and the legacy she'd like to leave behind.

On relationships: “I don’t regret anything I’ve gone through…. I don’t know what the future holds, but I hope that my life, as it is now, doesn’t change. I’m very happy and comfortable—it’s a great place to be in. If this article comes out and we’re not together, I’d still love [Tony], and he’d still be a huge part of who I am today.”

Is this evidence that she knew their relationship was in crisis.

On body image: “It’s not fair that women look in the mirror and feel disgust because of what society has made them believe about beauty. I’ve been through it myself and understand the pressures. We’re all facing the same struggles together, whether you’re a celebrity or not.”

On her divorce: “It was hard to imagine I would ever walk down the aisle again. It was like a death in the family: You go through the mourning stage, then the rebellion, and then all of a sudden you have to find life by yourself. Once you do that, you feel complete—and that’s the only time you can truly fall in love again, and give yourself over completely to another person.”

On leaving a legacy: “Tony said, ‘Jessica, at the end of your life, the only thing that’s going to flash through your mind and heart is your husband, kids, family and the people you love. You’re not going to think, I wish I’d done this with my career. And I’m not going to remember how many touchdown passes I threw or if I won the Super Bowl.’ Music is the heart of who I am, and it’s the most personal thing that I do.”

On her future plans: “I’m never going to be a woman who doesn’t work. At 12 I was emancipated from my parents so I could sign my first record deal. I think I was born working!”

Jess needs to stop going from man to man and refocus on her career.

Texas native, Jessica Simpson, gets back to her roots in her new country single, Come On Over. I think country music suits Jess’s voice and vocal range. In a year or so, I’m sure that she will be able to give any country starlet a run for the money.

Jessica and Tony Are Married…Maybe

Rumor has it that Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo were secretly married!

Supposedly, when the paps asked Tina Simpson when her daughter was planning on marrying Romo, she laughed and responded, "Jessica is already married to Tony. What are you talking about?"

Jessica later stated, "Well I guess if my mom said it, it must be true!"

OMG! I hope it’s true. It would be the shiz if the two were able to sneak off and get hitched without anyone knowing. That would really stick it to those Cowboy’s fans for hat‘in on Jess.

Jessica Simpson Is No Diva!

Jessica Simpson’s rep is slamming rumors that Jessica was a high maintenance diva during her trip to Kuwait. She says that Jessica flew commercial just like everyone else despite rumors that say otherwise.

"She flew commercially, she is staying in the barracks," Cindi Berger told People Magazine. “She's been with the troops all day. She's had her meals with them."

Jessica does have a hair stylist there, but its not famed stylist Ken Paves. "This was done purely to support the troops and entertain them."



And entertain she did! Dressed in Daisy Dukes and combat gear, Jessica wouldn’t have had to sing a sing note to get these guys excited; besides, it is a rarity seeing Jessica Simpson display any amount of divattude.

Jessica Simpson Kuwait Bound

Jessica Simpson is on her way to Kuwait to entertain the troops. "Jessica will be roughing it," says a source. "They're receiving no special treatment."
Jessica has always gone out of her way to support our troops. I don’t think she’ll have a hard time “roughing it"…after all, she does eat tuna out the can.

Jessica Simpson's New Vegas Pad

Jessica Simpson has a new pad in Vegas. The newly turned “country singer” finally closed on her luxurious one-bedroom suite at the Palms Place in Las Vegas today.

An insider at the hotel tell told PageSix.com that Jessica’s boyfriend, Tony Romo, “has not seen the unit yet.” In fact, our source reveals that “the purchase of the condo was initiated when Jessica was still married to ex-husband Nick Lachey,” but Jessica kept the condo in their 2005 divorce.

Prices for condos at Palms Place start at $600,000 and go up to over a million for a penthouse.



Jessica's new crash pad features 1,200 square feet of living space, hardwood and marble floors, 9-foot ceilings, multiple balconies, a living room with fireplace, plasma TVs and a king-size bed.

Jessica had also been looking to purchase property in New York where she is a frequent visitor. She doesn’t go to Vegas much, but maybe she’s looking to become more of a Vegas regular now that she’s hooked up with Romo.
