Rumer Willis showed up at the MTV Movie Awards after party which was hosted by Target and Converse One Star Collection, rocking hair extensions, red lipstick and shoulder pads.
Rumer channeled the 80's and her inner Alexis Carrington with the flowing locks and ruby lips but the shoulder pads have got to go!
