Kate Bosworth graced the red carpet at the premier of her new film 21 wearing the ugliest frock I’ve ever seen looking-worst than a hot mess! I normally like Kate’s style and appreciate when she wears a break-out piece, but here in this shiny ensembel, she looks like she could substitute as a Christmas tree topper or a bag or tinsel.
