Mary Delgado Charged With Domestic Battery

Mary Delgado was arrested for domestic battery against fiancé Byron Velvick. Police say that alcohol did play a part in the assault.

The couple met and became engaged on season 6 of the TV show The Bachelor. The pair have been living together since 2004 and planned to marry in Nov of 2008. I wonder if they will still go through with it.
